To become a CCIM designee, one has to completed advanced coursework in financial and market analysis, and demonstrated extensive experience in the commercial real estate industry.
In his free time Ian serves as Vice President on the Salem Planning Commission. The commission hears deliberations on land use development within the City of Salem, and provides decisions on cases, as well as recommendations to city council on certain judicial matters.
