2741 – 2755 19th St SE was marketed as 4500 SF with opportunity for the tenant to expand into the whole building. Timing and trading spaces allowed the prior tenant to use a better space for the remainder of their lease, and the incoming tenant for this building was secured by the space being available sooner than previously planned. This was a win for the owner who we represented, and a win for the incoming tenant. Not to leave out the tenant we shuffled to another building, his win is the construction of his new building the he will own himself.
